Ummm… No. That article shows that, *back in 2005* (you know, when the article you link to was written), the *pre-beta* Longhorn doesn’t use the relabling. Vista RTM does, obviously; hence the MS guideline (e.g. screenshot http://blog.stealthpuppy.com/images/cs/1000.14.1032.notepad.png)
