Hello from beautiful Cambridge, located in the Silicon Fen. I'm Martin Kleppmann, writing about things I care about in my life as entrepreneur and software developer. I care about technology and culture, the web and its future, about creating great user experiences, about maintainable code and scalable architectures.

I'm founder and director of Ept Computing. We develop awesome web applications, and are experienced in a wide range of technologies from which the best web applications are built. Whilst the things I write about here may be obviously related to what my company is doing, I should point out that this is my personal blog and does not necessarily reflect the opinions of our company.
